Once the process of selling the finished product is complete and the product has been delivered to the customer, the responsibility for the after-sales service function begins at this stage. Of the operations of our department: assisting in operating, installing and starting the product on the customer’s site based on the product’s category, providing training to the operator on using the product properly in line with his ability, reminding about occupational safety issues, providing training on maintenance at the user level, signing and implementing contracts Periodic maintenance, responding in the event of any malfunction or accident, in addition to providing the parts required for the effectiveness and reliability of operating the product throughout the service period, managing the system necessary for the optimal delivery of services to customers, in addition to collecting customer requests and suggestions and informing the organization about them, and answering all kinds of questions and customer support demands .
